In the bag-making automatic packaging machinery, the horizontal sealing device is an important mechanism. The AC servo motor not only requires accurate positioning, but also requires that the linear speed of the horizontal sealing wheel is equal to the speed of the film feeding when the table is sealed horizontally. After the sealing wheel rolls in pairs, the rotate speed of the horizontal sealing wheel should increase, that is, separate at a fast speed.
The traditional method is realized by mechanical means such as eccentric wheel or crank guide rod mechanism, which is not only complicated in mechanism, low in reliability, but also very troublesome to adjust. If an AC servo motor is used to drive the horizontal sealing wheel, the excellent motion performance of the AC servo motor can be used to meet the requirements of the horizontal sealing through the non-constant speed movement of the AC servo motor and improve the work quality and efficiency.
There are two types of working methods for the material supply of packaging machinery, that are intermittent and continuous types.
In the intermittent material supply type, such as on the intermittent bag making and packaging machine, the packaging film was previously supplied by the crank-and-link mechanism intermittently pulling the belt, which is not only complicated in structure, but also difficult to adjust. If an AC servo motor is used to drive the pulling pulley, the distance, running time and pause time of the AC servo motor can be set in the controller in advance, and the excellent acceleration and positioning performance of the AC servo motor can be used to achieve accurate control of the length of the supplying film.
Especially in a control system with a color mark correction device, the deviation signal detected by the color mark detection switch is sent to the AC servo motor by the controller. The excellent acceleration performance and control accuracy of the AC servo motor can enable the deviation to be corrected quickly and accurately.
In the continuous material supply type, the excellent acceleration performance and overload capacity of the AC servo motor can ensure continuous and uniform material supply.
