If the current flow exceeds the maximum allowable current indicated in the specification book, it may demagnetize the internal magnetic components of the motor.
Please check if the motor wiring and brake voltage are correct, and be sure to confirm that the power supply and signal lines connected to the encoder are correct. Incorrect wiring may cause the motor to operate abnormally, or cause motor failure and damage.
The motor power line must be separated from the power and signal lines of the encoder to prevent voltage coupling and avoid noise (do not connect them in the same circuit).
The ground terminal of the AC servo motor must be grounded correctly.
Never subject the encoder terminal to withstand voltage testing, as this type of test may damage the encoder.
When performing high-voltage endurance testing on the motor or brake, first cut off the power to the external controller. If not necessary, do not perform this type of test to avoid shortening the life of the product.
The AC servo motor operates through a dedicated driver. It is not possible to directly connect the commercial power supply (100/200V, 50/60Hz) to the line of the servo motor, otherwise the servo motor will operate abnormally and cause permanent damage to the servo motor.
Please use this product within the range specified in the specifications of the AC servo motor. Especially, pay special attention to the motor temperature must be within the range specified in the specifications.
The material of the servo motor shaft does not have anti-rust ability. In order to ensure long-term use, appropriate anti-rust grease should be applied to the shaft during operation.
The built-in brake is a holding brake and cannot be used directly to stop the motor. Please note: the holding brake is not a safety stop device that can ensure mechanical safety. Install a safety stop mechanical device at the end of the machine. In the holding state, the brake still has a turning back clearance angle of 1-2 degrees. In addition, when the motor model with brake is running, the brake lining may produce noise (such as rustling or cracking sound), which is caused by the structure of the brake module and is not a faulty situation, and will not affect the function of the servo motor.
If any abnormal odor, noise, smoke, heat, or abnormal vibration is detected, stop the motor immediately and turn off the power.
