 Fisher transmitter fault code

xmtr info (transmitter information): A non-volatile memory failure was detected by the memory check program in the pressure transmitter memory.

fail elect: The pressure transmitter electronics board has failed due to an internal fault. Generally, users can repair faulty electronic circuit boards, but if an error message ending with "factory" appears, it means that the user cannot repair the error by themselves.

fail config: A memory fault that affects the operation of the pressure transmitter is detected at a location and is user-fixable.

fail module: The sensor module has failed or disconnected. At this time, you need to check whether the sensor module ribbon cable and the back end of the electronic circuit board are connected. If the ribbon cable is connected correctly, there is an internal fault in the sensor module. Possible sources of failure include the sensor module not receiving pressure or temperature updates, and a non-volatile memory failure in the module affecting the operation of the pressure transmitter being detected by the memory verification program.

Fail: The sensor module and the pressure transmitter CPU motherboard are incompatible. If you encounter this message and need help, you need to contact the pressure transmitter after-sales customer service in time for further support.

loop test: The loop test is in progress. During loop testing or 4-20ma trimming, the analog output is set to a fixed value. The meter display will alternate between “loop test” and the selected current value in milliamperes.

Temp limit (temperature limit): The second variable temperature read by the pressure transmitter exceeds the transmitter range.

press limit: The process variable read by the transmitter is outside the transmitter range.

curr saturd (current saturation value): The pressure read by the module is not within the specified range and the analog output is forced to change to the saturation level.

curr fixed (current fixed value): The pressure transmitter is in a multi-station module, and the analog output cannot track pressure changes.

Zero pass: The zero value set with the local zero adjustment button is accepted by the pressure transmitter and the output strain becomes 4ma.

warnings: Warnings that appear on the LCD display to inform the user of the status of the pressure transmitter or that there is a user-repairable problem with the current operation of the device. In this case, other messages from the pressure transmitter will appear alternately with the warning until the warning condition is corrected or the transmitter ends the operation that generated the warning message.
